This class is designed to relieve mind and body stress. It teaches specialized massage and stretching techniques that release and relax the tightness and soreness caused by everyday activities. This class focuses special attention on the neck, shoulders, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves and feet. It is like a full-body massage done by you! These exercises will improve your range of motion, circulation and body alignment. This class will leave your entire body refreshed and re-energized. It also enhances your ability to perform physical activities such as pilates, yoga, running, cycling and weight lifting. Props will be used to enhance the stretch and message including: a foam roller, small balls, and therabands. This class is available during the day, at night and on weekends (check the schedule for specific times & days).
